- Once received, please make sure your order is correct .
- Returns are NOT ACCEPTED (due to sanitary guidances)
If you detect a damage in your piece:
- You will have 24 hours after receiving your order(i.e: “Delivered” according to USPS), to contact us with picture.
- If the piece is still available, please return & we will send you a new one.
- If the piece is not available, you will have the following options:
- Refund
- Choose another piece with the available refund amount.
